How do I contact Customer Service about an order issue?

 

If there is an issue with your order, please email Info@PoiseandPaper.com with your name and order number. Please allow 48 business hours for a response. We are open Monday through Friday and closed on holidays and weekends.

 

How long does shipping take for my order?

Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days and shipped 3 to 5 business days after being processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.   Poise & Paper is not responsible for USPS slow processing times. We are not open on weekends or holidays. There may be longer processing times during peak holiday seasons and promotions. All shipping times are estimated.

Can I change the shipping address on an order that’s pending?

Yes, you can change the shipping address on a pending order. Here’s what you need to do:

Before Order Processing

If you need to modify your shipping information before your order has been processed, please email info@poiseandpaper.com. It’s important to make changes as soon as possible to ensure your order is sent to the correct address.

After Order Processing

If your order has been processed, you will need to contact USPS directly to update your shipping information. You can reach USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.

Please note that Poise and Paper is not responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect address provided at the time of order. Prompt action is recommended to prevent any delivery problems.

 

I received the wrong items in my package, how do I get a replacement with the correct items?

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at info@poiseandpaper.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the incorrect product received and include pictures. We will reply within 24-48 hours with further guidance.

My tracking number hasn't been updated, what should I do? 

If your tracking number has not been updated contact USPS.  Go to www.usps.com and click on tracking. Please sign up to receive text or email tracking updates to follow the package on its journey. Additional tracking information will display and a delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package.

 

Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer

While we take utmost care in packing your orders, Poise & Paper cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages resulting from theft or carrier errors. Once your package is handed over to the USPS, they assume responsibility for timely and safe delivery. Should you encounter any delays or non-delivery issues, please reach out to USPS Customer Service directly at 1 (800) 275-8777. They are equipped to assist you in opening a case to resolve these matters.

 

I used Afterpay to pay for my order, but I need to update the card, where can I do that on the website?

Afterpay payments are only handled through Afterpay, Go to https://www.afterpay.com/en-US

Via the Afterpay website:

1.      After logging in to your account via the Afterpay website, click the 'Orders' option in the upper left of your screen (or click the 3 lines in the upper left then ‘Orders’ if on a mobile device).

2.      Select the order you want to change the payment method for.

3.      The card linked to the order can be viewed below the order summary under the 'Payment method used' heading. Click 'Change' next to the card.

4.      Select or add the new payment method. 

Click 'Update payment method'. All done
